Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns/exchanges accepted for wrong product delivered, damaged items, or significant deviation from description. Request within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable flowers that show signs of customer handling beyond delivery inspection
  • Customised or event-specific arrangements after dispatch
  • Items returned without original moisture-safe packaging

3. Refund Process

Prepaid refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
